4. a reading microscope scale value greater than the gauge scale
The main reason: lens barrel increase, may be loose tube joints.
Troubleshooting: retighten tube connector.
A reading microscope should be kept clean, long time, can be placed in the dryer toprevent mold. Use the process to gently, so as not to damage the microscope, affect measurement accuracy and service life.
